The company in general is quite work/life balance-oriented. That also means that work can be at a high stress level occasionally. Great medical and dental benefits, 401k matches 4% when you put in 5% (max), decent PTO program

Politics will play a role in what you do and how you do it. The organization is constantly changing, and accepting and adapting to that change can wear on you over time.
