started within days was told I wasn't learning the role quickly enough bearing in mind I had done the same role for 8 years in a much mire high profile company . Taken into a office without any prior feedback regarding my performance or offered any coaching told my employment was being terminated only after they asked me to go back to my desk to work ,first time ever I have had my employment terminated .
