NONE...IN MY 5 Years of engagement i never got a chance to meet the main Boss whereas the Day shift people used to enjoy monthly parties at office roof top with him, enjoying cakes.

Lousy work environment & unhygienic work space; Delays Payment not only to employees but also to the Vendor or Sub-contractors; an example to see real life "exploitation of labour"; they want to get work done for Free whereas they intend to charge their clients on top of their nose...
