Fair compensation, salaries not that high, but opportunities to increase total compensation through bonuses, incentives, etc. Project and program success shared across all on the team -- team approach to delivery, which fosters cooperation and innovation. Engaged leadership who listen to employees and encourage participation and bringing forward new ideas. Work-life balance is a priority for leadership at all levels -- encouraging time off, spreading work-loads

Training was good. Coworkers are helpful.

The pay! $18.81/hr is not worth the amount of work you have to do. They told us in training that there would be a minimal of 3 inbound calls. That was a lie. I've had more than 4 calls come through within the first 2 weeks. The amount of outbound calls you have to make are insane. It's a waste of time. And don't do the evenings because you'll do double the work on outbound calls with no pay differential. Everything is on a spreadsheet and the system that you do use doesn't work.
