Pro - company management and those loyal obvious put up fake pro's to hide the older post of actually how sorry this company really is

Extremely low pay, lack of management foresight, misleading pay scale due to 4+ dollars of insurance is included in that number (so subtract 4 dollars). Poor leadership. Consistently misses target goal due to high employee turn over - about 35% plus.

Training was good. Coworkers are helpful.

The pay! $18.81/hr is not worth the amount of work you have to do. They told us in training that there would be a minimal of 3 inbound calls. That was a lie. I've had more than 4 calls come through within the first 2 weeks. The amount of outbound calls you have to make are insane. It's a waste of time. And don't do the evenings because you'll do double the work on outbound calls with no pay differential. Everything is on a spreadsheet and the system that you do use doesn't work.
