Company lacks management all over the company. Lack of communication. you go there and they think you should know everything while in fact, hard to know what is happening. everyone is just doing their own job and no friendly conversation at all. i worked there for a month and had no clue what was going on.

Overall this company lack management and communication. one advice, when you send email for being absent, make sure send it to all Managers since none communicate with each other and they hold you responsible. avoid this company if you want to grow and not want to waste your talent and time.

Training was good. Coworkers are helpful.

The pay! $18.81/hr is not worth the amount of work you have to do. They told us in training that there would be a minimal of 3 inbound calls. That was a lie. I've had more than 4 calls come through within the first 2 weeks. The amount of outbound calls you have to make are insane. It's a waste of time. And don't do the evenings because you'll do double the work on outbound calls with no pay differential. Everything is on a spreadsheet and the system that you do use doesn't work.
