For sure, we don't always get everything right - but in the main we allow people to make mistakes, so long as we learn and ensure we don't make the same mistakes twice. Some of our work can be highly pressurised - as we are supporting some key customers who rightly expect a consistently high level of service and product delivery. But find me a business that does not have elements like this in some parts of its operations!
