Nepotism, forced overtime and the reason I finally left... When I began at this company, the focus was on educating the consumer and assisting them to get the most out of their health flex plan. After a change in management, the focus became quantity over quality of customer care & we were "encouraged" to finish customer question sessions in 60 seconds or less, an impossible task when your responsibility is to condense both tax information & medical requirements to clientele, while helping them to utilize their health dollars & reviewing claims for reimbursement.
