Actual expectations are not communicated; the ones that are, actually turned out to be the opposite of was expected. ''you are super skilled, but too much!'' Internally there is a LOT of mis communication between HR and managers. It is not clear what they are looking for at the end of the day. They ask for everything but actually they want nothing, as much as a candidate is prepared they will then think that candidate won't be happy there.
