The company has gone through multiple massive layoffs in the last few years, despite reporting record profits. Restructuring is constant, with no clear vision for who the company wants to be, creating an unstable environment. Leadership has gutted existing teams to surround themselves with “yes men,” leaving long-time loyal employees behind. Employee morale is at an all-time low, with those who remain feeling like their jobs could be on the line at any moment. The culture suffers as a result, and experience and expertise are not valued. It's clear that the ultimate goal is to slowly move all Boston operations to Amsterdam, as they have been doing.
