      Pros

      I have been working here for 2 years as a Business Analyst. The work culture is positive and supportive, with flexible timings that allow a good work-life balance. Perks are provided on alternate years to keep employees motivated, and monthly team-bonding activities make the environment engaging. The management, especially our delivery manager, is super helpful and approachable. Overall, a good place to learn and grow.

      Pros

      The company has a great exposure to clients and new technology being used in various Pharma and B2B Publishing Projects. The off-shore team is in India and great people to work with who understand the requirements very well and ask appropriate questions. The team in the US office is small but makes it easier to communicate and reach out to others for help or suggestions. Amazingly prepares you for the next role.

      The only downside according to me and my experience is that important messages are not conveyed between some high level team members and expect the same update to be provided to various members at different times which utilizes time and could be accommodated in other productive tasks.
