Pros
The community spirit is fantastic. Colleagues are friendly to each other and mostly share duties and tasks. Ten percent discount card is also nice and there is usually an opportunity to get 20% off once or twice a year in a double discount event.
Kontras
As a section leader, the pay is awful. Being expected to fulfill management duties on a regular basis on basically minimum wage and getting no thanks for it is horrible. The opportunity to progress is sometimes hindered and the business is always cutting corners and saving wages which has a knock on effect on staff moral and work ethic. It seems theres 1 rule for one person, and another rule for another in loads of situations which could result in disciplinary action, and it doesnt go unnoticed
