- Ability to transfer between departments and other stores. - Some opportunities to progress to section leader.

- Low wage, and same wage no matter which job you do (people sat on a checkout get same wage as warehouse staff using forklifts etc or delivery drivers) - Expected to work 'fair share' of overtime, which ends up being everyone working 6 days a week, up to 15 hours per shift. - Section leaders are pushed too hard and have responsibilities way beyond their pay. - Zero appreciation. - Not enough staff, and not replacing staff who have left. - Not enough equipment, which is outdated and regularly broken
