Sick pay - Warehouse Operator bei ASDA: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I was for the first three days of sick I don’t get paid full but after three years you will get paid full. I thought it was only for the first year. Also due to having an accident in work I still didn’t get for the first three days even though it was there fault
