Stupid things have to do Given jobs which are not your own job to do which are in fact your managers while there sit on there bum and do nothing Tend to put people on development programs and then promote everyone else but the people on them Own follow there own policies when works in there favor Not buying enough consumables like loo roll to save on budget employs most stupid people like brain of 2 year old pay same no matter what you do and even people who dont work get same pay as those who do Bullying harassment there tend just sweep under carpet in fact one manager was told put in for a disciplinary for one thing then promoted 2 weeks later with strong evidence against the person give away the bonus in goodwill vouchers to the customer and in fact complain if your a customer cause you get a £5 gift card half time for complaining about something like lack of loo roll.
