No management, just supervisors with job titles and no management training - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei ASDA: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Inadequate support for lone workers, dangerous working conditions, management refuse to accept written health and safety reports, verbal reports are not acted on. Company policy (according to my grievance interview) is that store management do not do risk assessments, head office send them and managers file them.
