Fairly easy work for fairly good wage. Job rotation is quite good, ie not picking for 40 hours a week

Face fits environment - difficult to climb the ladder unless you kiss some serious butt. Some management are vile bullies - unfortunately these managers seem to be the ones that have become an institution and will never leave.
