Zero hours contract meant that I was treated as a dogs body and had no routine despite verbal agreement. I felt pressured to take hours that I didn't ask for or want and the tiers of management often got things confused between them. Rotas were a mess and constantly changed without me being informed. I was repeatedly contacted when I was off sick and pestered for a doctor's note after one day of sickness and also rang numerous times whilst on holiday.
