Staff come and go a lot and the few who have stuck it out for a long time 20 years or more in some cases, are not given any kind of rewards or incentives for their loyalty. The People Office are over worked and not very approachable. There is always threats of redundancoes looming, although they try to avoid this where they can. Very profit driven Hard to get noticed, good work goes unrecognised
