Great pay and work-life balance but declining job quality - Warehouse Colleague (Part- Time) bei ASDA: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Job itself went downhill after takeover. Asda shedding sales means quality of picks went downhill. New operating system is dreadful and is the worst part of the job by far. Of course... they still expect you to hit the same rates as before despite this. It has become mentally draining as well as physically. Also a rather dog-eat-dog environment.
