      Overall good place to work. Engineering role has a little bit of everything with design and project management, working with different types of customers and consistently busy. Upper management is awesome and great to work with.

      Kontras

      All projects tend to be very similar which is great for a steady role but tough if you prefer a variety of projects.

      Thanks for the review. You are correct that we have lots of work, and it's also true that sometimes that work load can add stress to your day. Sorry about that. We are continuing to take steps to improve the work efforts so that they occur with fewer roadblocks. Hopefully that will make your day less stressful in the future. As for the investment opportunities, ASC is privately held and as such does not issue stock or options to employees.

      Decent starter job for controls engineer

      Kontras

      Management will very rarely have your back as the dollar sign is gods word. Field work sounds exciting at first but will ship you out on back to back multi-month jobs without breaks. There are snakes in the other departments that will try to bring you down to bring themselves up. Benefits arent great either and judge you for taking sick days and vacation time.
