      good benefits, good training, middle management is great

      Kontras

      no work life balance. turn over is crazy, they won't pay well enough to keep good talent, forcing return to office, moving the office. upper management turns a deaf ear and a blind eye. very little internal promoting.

      -very collaborative environment -exciting goals and growth trajectory

      -Fast paced environment which doesn't always lead to defined processes. A lot of opportunity to make impact, but may not be for everyone.
