Quite easy to achieve KPI targets since managers usually don't care. No strict working schedule.

Absolutely zero corporate culture, you never know what are your and colleagues' responsibilities and procedures. No work/life balance. You have to be "close" to the management to get bigger bonuses. There is never positive feedback. Each employee is on his/her own.
