ASA prioritizes profit over proper care for agency staff and clients. Managers and their internal staff are poorly trained and have no willingness to resolve issues or to communicate clearly. I would strongly advise (councils and other institutions or companies) against contracting ASA as they only care for profit and not their agency staff wellbeing which is extremely disappointing.
