I've worked in this field for over a decade, in many different roles and with numerous companies both as an employee and as an EP contractor. Before I was hired by AS Solution I had the chance to observe their work firsthand and speak with many current and former employees. AS had a great reputation, but unlike a lot of other companies they actually lived up to the hype. It's an outstanding company with an exceptional commitment to protecting clients and keeping employees happy, well trained, and operationally capable. Christian and the rest of the team have proved by their actions that they're committed to driving the industry forward, raising professional EP standards, and innovating as new tools and tactics are developed. It's a challenge with over 600 employees deployed all over the globe, but they work toward these goals every day. As a company we're constantly driving forward and improving, and I'm proud to be a part of that effort. It's a fun and interesting place to work.

This business isn't for everyone. There can be a lot of travel, or weeks or months in the same "boring" post. A lot of guys get into EP because they saw a movie and it looked cool, or they wanted to hang out with the rich and famous. This isn't the company to work with if those are your motivations. AS strives to perform at the highest level of an extremely challenging industry, and that can make this a demanding place to work both physically and mentally. With that said, mediocrity is easy. Excellence takes work.
