      great working environment, they take care of their employees.

      I felt completely thrown into a role, VERY LIMITED training on basic procedures of the job. probably due to lack of funding they can't afford to provide that much training.

      Wages, benefits, vacation pay. Good coworkers and supportive management who take time to listen and give feedback honestly and vice versa.

      Kontras

      Limited room for advancement initially depending on what your education is. If you dont have a bachelor degree you're going to be waiting a while before moving forward
