Good people on a day to day basis, good work-life balance.
Kontras
Terrible compensation and benefits. Little vacation time, no 401K matching, poor health insurance (and you don't get any benefits for your first 60 days of employment). Salaries are also terrible, well below market rate. Any time you have to negotiate with HR is a horrendous experience, and they don't give decent raises to their employees.
