Cattiness, different rules for different employees, sucking up to management is encouraged. No support from management how to deal with difficult job seekers. Favouritism. Manipulating data to ensure anchors and bonuses are met. Humiliation if you don’t meet targets. Lazy managers. Favourite staff members are given the job ready clients. Job seekers treated as numbers and bonuses to keep the company afloat. Ongoing training is not existent and the competitiveness between co workers to get bonuses is like real estate on steroids.
