If you're new to the shipping or logistics industry, you have an uphill climb. Nomenclature, terminology, abbreviations will be the key to success. There will be more codes to memorize than you can imagine. The Team Members are at the mercy of the partner services (rail delays/interruptions as well as coordination with intermodal parties). Inclement weather events will of course make work more challenging.
