No career growth opportunities in US anymore. All good opportunities and promotions are in Singapore, not in US. - IT bei APL: Mitarbeiterbewertung

This was a very good company to work for. Excellent pay, benefits, and training oppotunites. But this is no longer the case since NOL bought APL.. All good opportunities, projects, training,and promotion happens only in Singapore, not in US. US employees' key roll is to keep day to day business running. We rarely have any more opportunity to participate in any new initiatives which only take place in Singapore. We also see gradual erosion of benefit.
