System is really outdated using AS/400. Office union structure prevents company to run effectively. Unless you belong to ex-military or young/ good looking group favored by upper management, no matter how hard you work, you cannot grow in the company. Hard working people gets more work and lazy people does not have to work as much. APL is not the same company it used to be.
