      Pros

      Interesting projects to work on. Flexible working hours, they are really nice with that. Location is pretty good - nearby mall and only 15min drive to the ocean. There are many apartment complexes nearby.

      Kontras

      For LA county and the west side in particular, this company offers really low compensation. This is something they should work on.

      Wrong team running the company, Very secretive on where the future of the company is going. This is a 1 brain company(CTO) and no other technical opinions are regarded much. Engineers are paralyzed because the are afraid of being yelled at from showing initiative. Morale is very low and military funding is almost dried out. More is expected if they meet their deadlines but those are always missed and postponed so no $$$ coming in.
