Tech team is brilliant. Employment is fully official as the company is a member of Skolkovo innovation park. Never had salary payments being delayed.
Kontras
Senior management approach is quite questionable. Pushing business opportunities over technical and non-technical limitations is understandable, but often this pushing gets too emotional and personal. Performance reviews has been conducted yearly, but my wishes and suggestions have never been heard.
