      Remote working Good exposure to multiple technology stacks

      Everyone is overworked to the max. Job descriptions mean nothing, people are expected to do the jobs of several people. So many people have left and customers are constantly in escalation. It's not uncommon for new starters to join and leave within 3-4 months.
