-Networking with other photographers and videographers, all the freelancers were lovely, friendly people. -Consistent work every weekend -didn't have to worry about editing, just shoot and pass over the SD cards at the end of the day -almost everything was organized for you -learned a lot -Support from coworkers who were in the same position

-Do NOT work here. Read the other reviews and realize that there is a lot of consistency. I cannot stress this enough. The Pros do not outweigh the Cons. -Sexism and racism in the workplace. -low pay if you were a 3rd or 4th shooter.. regardless if you've shot as a primary shooter previously -you loose all rights to the images and videos -after leaving the company (With 1 months notice as a freelancer) I had to chase the company to get paid. It took 5 months after I stopped working to get all my payments. I was lied to and told it was my fault that I left and wouldn't be paid. -no room to grow after you become main shooter... and you're left without a portfolio

Despite being freelance they do not want you to have a successful career outside of their company. The are constantly late on payments, sometimes by months and even then you are always scared the cheques will bounce because they have no money in the account. It's happened over 20 times in one year from some people. Photographers that are supposed to be freelance are constantly harassed and questioned about the work they do outside of the company even if it has nothing to do with weddings. And if you decide to leave, they will constantly harass you with legal action and send lawyers after you even if you did everything by the book when you left. They thrive on keeping people scared and confused so they can deny paycheques and make you feel like you have no other choice but to stay.
