- You'll likely have consistent shoots every weekend for a good portion of the year - They've been around long enough to get a lot of bookings and referrals - You can meet and network with other shooters

It has lots of potential but is heavily marred by management. It is a very narrcissistic, gaslighting, lying and abusive workplace. You will be lied to about everything under the sun. You will start to notice the cracks and eventually screaming red flags as your pay becomes overdue and inconsistently provided. A lot of people end their time there while still owed thousands of dollars. Everything is designed to make it as difficult as possible to have any recourse. You can't take any weekends off or they'll fire you immediately or they will barely give you any work and lie about why that is happening, while behind your back they discuss how they will let you go as soon as it stops being busy. There is a lot of racism, sexism and immature middle school bad jokes in poor taste from management. Management is also active online posting fake reviews of themselves whenever anything negative is posted.

-Networking with other photographers and videographers, all the freelancers were lovely, friendly people. -Consistent work every weekend -didn't have to worry about editing, just shoot and pass over the SD cards at the end of the day -almost everything was organized for you -learned a lot -Support from coworkers who were in the same position

-Do NOT work here. Read the other reviews and realize that there is a lot of consistency. I cannot stress this enough. The Pros do not outweigh the Cons. -Sexism and racism in the workplace. -low pay if you were a 3rd or 4th shooter.. regardless if you've shot as a primary shooter previously -you loose all rights to the images and videos -after leaving the company (With 1 months notice as a freelancer) I had to chase the company to get paid. It took 5 months after I stopped working to get all my payments. I was lied to and told it was my fault that I left and wouldn't be paid. -no room to grow after you become main shooter... and you're left without a portfolio
