Clinically competency is very strong as an organisation.. Good support, mostly nice people, management staff are very experienced and have stayed really long in the organisation making it very stable
Kontras
Bonus not as competitive. And there's this weird culture of them celebrating saf day.. Talking about cultural sensitivity as a SSA and being an org that promotes it. Not sure why they celebrate saf day, don't think it's common across other SSA. And having male workers dressing in saf uniforms and parade in front of entire org as part of the yearly event.
