      Good benefits with matching 401K. Friendly environment. Much higher annual increase compared to other companies.

      Kontras

      High cost of health insurance compared to other companies. Longer time to be promoted. Always running out of parts for units to be build causing a lot of backlogs. A lot of pressure especially end of the month due to backlogs.
