Leaders in UK all seem to be burnouts from other companies that got their job from title on CV rather than delivery, company was very naiive setting up in the UK. Hiring friends from other companies and inflating titles. If most of the people got fired from a startup for incompetence, what good will they do here? Good architects were hired but having everyone from the same company and a chip on their shoulder was never going to create a good environment.
