      Good learning opportunities. Work life balance. Life will be a breeze if you are a manager or if you don't have any opinion as an engineer.

      The moment you express your opinion no matter good or bad, you will be trouble zone. Management doesn't know anything about management.

      Processes and checks/balances not always followed (no strong rigid process flow which can be good/bad) Company still too consumer product focused (versus corporate) in many divisions

      The pay is really nice. 3/4 managers I've had actually seem to care! Nice location for most folks.

      They will keep you on contract until they literally cannot anymore. Getting hired on full-time is like pulling teeth.
