Work place bullying for new emplyees is normal. Throwing you in fire is the "way" to rampup new engineers and that begins from second week and it's never ending. HR presence is not strong. Most of new joinees are waiting for 1 or 2 years to complete based on the clause in their joining bonus. I met many ex-employees who returned bonus as it was too hard to finish that time period even. You can deduce the quality of experience.
