Salary is competitive for the work done. You get to work on advance technology nodes and work with some good people

There is little room for growth. There is a long line of people waiting to get promoted that will take years to get through. The executive leadership won't spend money to make money. Constant layoffs and attrition have diluted the experience pool. Teams are setup for failure.No winning strategy for distruptive markets like tablets or mobile. Way too far behind to catch up.
