      Pros

      People are pretty cool. General culture is heavily weighted toward life before work. Pay is decent.

      Kontras

      Big disconnect between senior management and everyone else. Most people seem content to run out the clock. Very few shining stars -- most people who are destined for greatness find it elsewhere. Tremendous amount of inside politics.

      Processes and checks/balances not always followed (no strong rigid process flow which can be good/bad) Company still too consumer product focused (versus corporate) in many divisions

      The pay is really nice. 3/4 managers I've had actually seem to care! Nice location for most folks.

      Kontras

      They will keep you on contract until they literally cannot anymore. Getting hired on full-time is like pulling teeth.
