      Highly creative environment, work with smart people, challenging work

      Kontras

      Very stressful for engineers--make an insane deadline and it becomes the normal deadline (because you could, nevermind the long days). In-house politics are same or worse as at any other company. I dislike the pointlessness of it all.

      Processes and checks/balances not always followed (no strong rigid process flow which can be good/bad) Company still too consumer product focused (versus corporate) in many divisions

      The pay is really nice. 3/4 managers I've had actually seem to care! Nice location for most folks.

      Kontras

      They will keep you on contract until they literally cannot anymore. Getting hired on full-time is like pulling teeth.
