Pros
There's a mix of startup and corporate mentality, depending on the team, which can be a pro if you're inclined in one direction. It's not as much politics and corporateness as say a large financial institution. The teams I've worked with closely have generally been pretty good, but then I don't interact with that much of the company as a whole.
Kontras
With a company this size, there are some politics, especially when you throw in different sites, and the corporateness. Also, interacting with different sites across the globe is actually quite a pain sometimes due to time zone differences and some language issues. I think you get all the cons of a company of this size in general just because you can't avoid it.
