The spiff and bonus incentives are great. There is a lot of money to be made if you drive sales. The health and dental benefits are good and time off policies are comparable to other retailers.

Not all stores have assistant managers which makes it difficult when there are call outs from staff, the store manager is the only one to cover it but of you build a solid team that doesn't happen. Not many cons.
