If you took the initiative to propel your career forward by taking on projects outside the scope of your job description, you would do well for yourself. Setting yourself apart early gets you massive rewards and you will always be picked for big projects. The people were fantastic to work with as well.
Kontras
Re-org caused people due for a promotion to no longer receive a promotion. The re-org caused a lack of upward mobility unless you moved outside of your own department. There was also always a sense of instability and threat of closure while working there (currently the company is being closed down by JnJ).
