Not worth it - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei ALSTOM: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I was hired for a different role and I worked for a different role. I could see within few months that there were no growth opportunities or even learning opportunities. I only stuck around due to Covid. I saw majority of my team-members with 5-7 years of experience working at an entry-level position, with a lower salary. The management is messed up - micro-management, no overtime payment, no employee engagement activity, no benefits beyond salary.
