1. HRs do not respond to any mail or message. 2. No proper policy in place. 3. No extra perks. 4. No fun activity at work. If there is any, then organizer who is generally member of the team ask for contribution to conduct the event. There is no fund for team bonding activities like team lunch. Each member has to pay for his/her food if their team ever goes for a team lunch. 5. Approval is needed for each and every hour to be booked. 6. Difficult to shift to other project unless and untill you project ends.
