Very Competitive Pay Great sick pay policy Good amount of holiday Relaxed work environment and some good people to work with. Other benefits are good (subsidised travel, cycle to work scheme,health care policy etc) Generous pension

- Favouritism and nepotism resulting in unfair working loads and conditions to some employees. - Very limited progression to those who want it - No benefit to working hard or being reliable, you get treated exactly the same to those who are lazy and call in sick often. - Poor tooling - Upper Management reluctant to make decent and helpful changes if it's too much work on their part. - many incompetent staff leading to delays, jobs not getting done and general chaos.
